How can I group together a set of questions I want to add to some of my bookings in the schedule?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, If you've found Questions via the Setup tab, then you probably also saw Setup>Questionnaires? You can use these to create a list of set to ask from the Questions you've create. What's pretty unique about this system (especially considering its free) is you can the associate these questions with different activities (Setup>Booking Types) which means you can build up a workflow process where you need to gather more info as the booking gets closer to happening. Have a look at the user guide too I think that walks through the whole process.
