New employee accounts not working

Hi, I have created 2 new accounts for 2 new employees starting next Monday. However when I have tested their login it does not allow access, it says password or email not valid. What am I doing wrong?

This is because they are not currently live employees as they start NEXT Monday. Try again on Monday when they are live.
